Barbacoa Bowl Illness Strikes - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Centerville Ohio

I ate a Barbacoa bowl with black beans, white rice, fajitas, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. We ate at approx 8:30-9pm on Dec 23 and I went to bed around 11:25pm. I woke up at 1:10am violently vomiting with screaming diarrhea. The vomiting continued at least 7 more times and diarrhea 8 more times (at which I stopped counting) over the next 10 hours. Then, all symptoms stopped and I was left feeling like I had been hit by a bus.
