Yesterday, we got Chipotle delivered through doordash, so it is possible that doordash care was the issue. We got one chicken and rice bowl, one chicken quesadilla and chips and guacamole to share. Within a few hours I had extreme nausea and vomiting. My husband had lesser symptoms of stomach upset. I think it may have been the guacamole as I had more than he did of that. Yesterday, that had been the only food I had prior to symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
