I ate chipotle for dinner at 5 pm, a burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side, brown rice, pinto beans, a lot of hot sauce, sour cream and cheese. Went to bed and woke up with sharp stomach pain after midnight and vomited and had diarrhea for the next 5 hours straight, I can finally hold down water and am laying down, haven’t tried to eat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
