Plant-Based Chorizo Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, San Ramon California

I ate a veggie bowl with plant based chorizo, black beans, vegetables, white rice, guacamole, lettuce, and salsa yesterday 11/28/23 around noon. I started having a stomach ache, belching with a taste of the chorizo spices, and gas a couple hours later. This was followed by significant diarrhea 6-10 pm, possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t eat anything else last night.
I will never eat at this restaurant again (or probably any other Chipotle). | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
