Additional information: I haven’t had food poisoning in 4 years, I ordered 3 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and a apple pie on 12/6/23 that evening. I started getting sick that night with extreme nausea followed by diarrhea on and off the next morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills
