I bought a new box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch last week. I ate a bowl for lunch on Wednesday 2/21. I noticed I had lost my appetite for dinner that evening, so I skipped dinner and just drank water. At around 5am Thursday I woke up with a splitting headache. I also had diarrhea, nausea and hot/cold flashes. The symptoms lasted until around 12pm on Thursday. My headache persisted through the entire day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Loss of Appetite
