Picked up a hot lunch on Friday, January 11, 2019. Chicken Fingers, Mac & Cheese and a strange looking vegetable medley. Approximately 6-7 hours later (nothing eaten afterwards), experienced severe stomach pains and vomited the entire night off and on with diarrhea. I haven’t thrown up for 10+ years. I threw up no less than 30 times. Almost missed the Chiefs playoff game the next day because I felt so bad! Worst experience of my life! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
