Picked up lunch on Monday, April 11, 2022. Ordered the Chicken Carbonara sandwich from the made to order sandwich shop. I started to experienced stomach pains late Wednesday, April 13th and vomiting and diarrhea come on Thursday April 14th and continued for 24 hours. One of my co-workers ordered the same sandwich and her symptoms developed several hours after mine and lasted an extra 2 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
