Cappacino coffee, tea, and chocolate cake at the end of the business day. Noticed the coffee cup had dirty water left inside possibly from a dish washer? Couple of hours later was very sick. I was previously served by a lady who had really spotty skin. I suspect their hygiene levels are not great! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
