Lucky Charms cereal My 2 year old had vomiting for a few hours and an upset tummy and diarrhea for close to a week. I also had vomiting for a few hours and then an upset gut for a full week. My husband only had stomach tightness and diarrhea. All three of us were eating Lucky Charms. We were confused because we had shared food and utensils with our parents who never got sick, but they didn’t eat the cereal, so that’s why we think it was that.
