Lucky Charms cereal My 2 year old had vomiting for a few hours and an upset tummy and diarrhea for close to a week. I also had vomiting for a few hours and then an upset gut for a full week. My husband only had stomach tightness and diarrhea. All three of us were eating Lucky Charms.
