Monday night, April 13th, 2026 Our family ate a rotisserie chicken, costco deli made ceaser salad, and the Costo deli tortellini pasta salad with mozzarella pearls and dressing for dinner. Within a couple of hours, my 11 year old began to complain about stomach cramps. He soon had diarrhea and began vomiting. An hour later, my middle child woke up vomiting and having diarrhea. After my second child, my third child woke up vomiting. All three of my kids, who were perfectly healthy and running around before dinner, became ill after eating. The symptoms lasted for about a day and a half. Yes. We went to our pediatrician and couple of days after the kids were all sick- we told him we were pretty sure the kids had gotten food poisoning. When he asked what we think caused it, we said probably the Costco salad or one of the other Costco deli items mentioned above. He said that was the 2nd time in the same day he heard that from a patient. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Other, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache

I just had food poisoning a few hours ago. I ate one their chicken thai wraps, as soon as I was done eating it, my stomach felt bad. Later on that day, I vomited and had diarrhea at the same time. I'll never eat costco deli products ever again and IM IN FLORIDA when this happened.
