My husband and I got sick after eating a spinach salad we made (EarthBound) 3/7/2019. Symptoms happen right after we ate it. Felt like a chemical burn in our mouth, tongue, throat. I developed a headache. My throat started closing up. WE took Benadryl, swished and rinsed our mouth with coconut oil, made a mixture of carbonized bamboo powder ( drank kifer milk to relieve the symptoms. I thought last night I better go to the Hospital. Today March 8, 2019 Friday the symptoms are still there... feels like I have a burned tongue and sore throat and headache. I will be going to the doctor today if the symptom do not reside. I made a mixture of a universal toxin Binder. Ingredients Activated Charcoal, bentonite clay, and aloe vera. Will never eat any produce from Costco again. My question is what do they put on their produce???? I watched 60 minutes...they said they put "Apeel" on there produce to help the shelf life. I don't know what they put on Earthbound spinach and lettuce? But we definitely had a chemical burn!!!! I always wash my vegetable with vinegar. What is Apeel? Is it safe? Hmmmm | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Sore Throat, Soreness
