Organic is when the bird wasn't fed or injected with the growth hormone that makes it become a bigger size faster than usual time, etc, however it doesn't necessarily mean the food is safe to eat. From what I see the colours (an excessive red and dark) of those chicken don't seem normal to me, also the air inside the frozen bag could be an indicator of microbial growth, so it's better not to eat the second one.
