- comments: observed the rear exit door open and the interior screen door not tight fitting at the bottom. Must provide and weather strip or keep the outer door closed to prevent entry point for pests.

- comments: observed the rubber gaskets on the 2-door coolers in poor repair. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed the fan cover inside the 2-door coolers dirty, also the storage shelving in the prep and storage areas. Must clean and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: instructed manager to provide and maintain a garbage can with a lid in the washroom.
