First Class Meal Illness - Airports, New York

I ate at the Sky Club around 5-6pm. My kids also had a few of the items (cucumber salad, desert). I also had the chicken dish and a few other vegetable items. Later I was served a first class meal on the plane (flight DL2313 LGA to MSP) and ate a bit of the beef. 7 hrs later I had a horrible headache, chills, cramps, sweating and several rounds of severe vomiting. Thankfully, the kids didn't have any issues. No more vomiting today, but I've had extreme exhaustion, body aches and headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Cramps, Sweating, Body Ache
