Ate a Deluxe McChicken. Within 1 to 2 hours, started having stomach cramps. Have had diarrhea and stomach cramps all the following day.Daughter also had a Deluxe McChicken. She has had just stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
