Denny's Breakfast Illness Outbreak - Denny's, San Juan Texas

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Breakfast at Dennys between Alamo and San Juan
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Reported it to Hidalgo county Health Department on October 3rd. I ate at Dennys on September 31 and started feeling bad October 1st. Was taken to McAllen Medical Center ER Sunday night close to midnight. Ate at Dennys with my sister and cousins and we all got sick, even those that ate the leftovers that were taken to them. There was 9 in all that got sick and 3 of us had to go to the hospital. I was told you all were doing the investigation and would like update of investigation. I owe the hospital close to $600 for that night. Was released on Monday morning before 6am. Please let me know what I need to do.
