- comments: observed thermometers broken or missing several coolers, including walk-in dairy cooler and reach-in display deli coolers. Install conspicuous, easily readable thermometers in all coolers and maintain. Observed hot holding unit containing rotisserie chickens must have thermometer inside to reflect internal temperature.
