- comments: observed damaged and missing vinyl strip doors trhoughout facility at most walk-in coolers. Instructed to repair or replace vinyl strip door kits and maintain.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed an excessive amount of ice buildup on the piping/conduit and floor of bakery walk-in freezer. Must remove excess ice, detail clean, and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed drainpipe leaking under hand washing sink and three compartment sink in the meat packing and hot foods prep area. Instructed to repair leaking drainpipes.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed facility with inadequate plumbing at hot foods prep floor drain. Wastewater pools from floor drain when water is ran from three compartment sink and handwashing sink or basins are drained. Instructed to discontinue use of three-compartment sink and to use adjacent three-compartment sink in meat packing area until repaire. Will return on 09/24/2025 to ensure water does not overflow from drain when water is running nor drained from basins. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
