13. Food in good condition, safe, & unadulterated
- comments: adulterated food, noted live insects inside four 5lbs bags of packaged rice on the shelf in the dry goods aisle. Manager immediately had employee discard of 5lbs of products $4. 00 through denaturing process. Priority violation #7-38-050(a). No citation issued

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed pest activity with approx. 100 mice droppings noted during re-inspection. Pest activity was noted under the socks/underwear area, on the shelf with protein bars, corner near the sunglasses, in the front corner near reusable bags, on the shelf with toys, throughout the wrapping paper aisle, under the conforters, and in the corner behind the shelving racks near the exit door. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to eliminate activity prior to re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). No citation issued.
