Thursday March 28. Had a 50% off pizza and ate it. Later in the late evening my stomach felt bloated as it wasn’t digesting, and I was in stomach pain. I went to the bathroom seeing solid and ended up throwing up about 6x. It felt hot when sleeping. Felt disoriented and confused throughout Friday and Saturday. Easily agitated. Stomach still felt bloated. The next day, I had sharp stomach pains and was emitting liquid poop around 10x. I had to take Pepto Bismol to ease the liquefied projection as Mylanta was not effective. I had to buy Pedialyte as my body was in sharp pain and ill from the electrolytes loss. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bloating, Body Ache
