- comments: observed handsinks located in in use front prep as well as in use dishwashing area without hand druing provision available during time of inspection. Instructed to provide and maintain at all times for proper handwashing. Pic provided papertowel at said handsinks at this time. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-030 (c). Citation issued.
