“I work in the area and about a month ago I got an egg sandwich from here I had terrible stomach pain and diarrhea that had me in the bathroom for 4 days straight every time I ate something I figure maybe the egg was bad, a couple weeks went by and I tried a different one same thing happened so I sto... pped eating there. Today I was so hungry going into work I decided to get a bagel with cream cheese I figure what could be so bad about that? (I’m also leaving to go on vacation tomorrow) I have been in the bathroom a number of times I feel sick to my stomach and the health department needs to go there because something isn’t right. It happened Today and previously too ”

After drinking a quarter of it, 30 minutes later I had to use the bathroom and when I later back down I didn’t even want to move because my stomach was in so much pain. I still go to work and hour later and had to leave early because I was... throwing up. I tried eating but it makes me sick so I’m losing a lot of weight. And I’m getting headaches as well ”

“I got shrimp from there that was ready to eat and the next day after I ate it, I woke up feeling extremely sick, nauseous, diarrhea, and horrible cramps that lasted for days. I was not aware I could report it. I purchased the shrimp from there on September 19th around noon. ”

“I went there and ordered the chicken stir-fry with a orange juice on the 6th of December, 2020 on a Sunday night. I started eating at 8:45pm. I finished the dish and I was feeling fine all night, I even had a good sleep as I didn’t get sick after eating it. The food was delicious. The next morning I... woke up at 10am because I was getting really bad stomach pains. From 10am till 5pm I was getting extremely bad pains and I had watery diarrhea 12 times all total in one day. It was of a light orange color. No hard stool at all. It was so bad that I was sweating really bad and the stomach pains went on all day. The watery diarrheal went on for 20 seconds each time I had to go to the toilet followed by stomach rumbles each time I went. It was like a tap opened on blast. I felt nauseous during the day like I had trouble standing up as I started to feel dizzy and sweaty. During the day I had tightness in my chest and an urge to vomit but I could feel it was stuck for three hours and the vomit just wouldn’t come out. I ended up vomiting 4 times in the afternoon and the stir-fry that I had at this particular restaurant all came out when I vomited, every single thing that was on my plate. It’s not normal to vomit four times in a row. I told the waitress to put light chilli just mild not strong chilli and she said the chef can’t do that as the chilli comes marinated with the meat already and they can’t take it off. But then she said that they can change it to mild chilli after pleading with her several times. I don’t know what they did to that dish or if something wasn’t fresh or there was cross-contamination but something went wrong in that kitchen when that dish was prepared and cooked. I’m not allergic to any types of foods, and I’ve been to many restaurants from different cultures and everything was fine, I didn’t get any cramps or pains after eating their food and I’ve never felt ill from ordering from any restaurant. I felt like I could not stand up all day and felt extremely weak. While vomiting four times both my arms went numb. Thai was the only food I had that night and the following morning I didn’t even have breakfast. I drank water all day and I had no appetite for food, till around 6pm I had my first meal. That’s how bad it was that I couldn’t even eat during the day because every half an hour I was rushing to the bathroom. My whole face went so pale, eye bags were a light green, my lips went blue and the sweat on my face would not spot even though I kept splashing my face with water. I felt like I was losing consciousness and as I was at work I felt I could not walk or sit at all as that vomit feeling was stuck in my throat. A colleague asked me if I’m feeling okay as she noticed my face completely changed and other work mates were looking at me in a way that something isn’t right. The food poisoning was so bad that I wanted to check myself into hospital. It was such a relief after being able to vomit after hours of pain and cramps continuous bathroom visits that I felt so much better when everything was out of my system. I could not function during the day without wanting to cry from the pain. I’ve never experienced such traumatic physical pain in my life before. So I went on the 06/12/20 and the pains started on 07/12/20. I was also excited to try the food at that restaurant as it has good reviews but now I don’t think I’ll want to go back. It’s not like the pain stopped and came back, the pain was like torture that went on for 8 hours straight. Maybe the meat was off and wasn’t cooked well or the oils were off, I’m not sure as I did enjoy my meal on the night. What I endured the next day I’ll never forget. I’m not the type of person who wants to ruin someone’s business but it’s also unfair for customers to catch a sickness just because something isn’t fresh or not cooked well or the chef didn’t wash his/her hand. Seriously this is people’s health and life in your hands! That’s the first time I go there and it’ll be the last time for sure! 😡🤢🤮😩 ”

“Used Evic to purchase 4 promo packs of sushi on Friday Nov 13th 2020. All 6 of us (4 kids myself and husband) have been so very ill. It started that evening with diarrhea ( can the timing be any worse with a tp shortage??) then to body aches and chills then headaches. We had to call out of work and... assuming it was covid, we self quarantined and got tested.A week later we hear about it on the news. ( could have been nice of them to call since it was bought with evic) We are still experiencing the symptoms but at least we know what this is and can let our employers know. ”

“I purchased Sushi on Monday November 16th in the morning. I ate it that same afternoon and felt fine until Tuesday afternoon. I have had terrible stomach cramps, accompanied by an excruciating headache all week. I have also had minor diarrhea but the stomach cramps and fatigue have been much worse.... It is now Friday November 20th and I still have a faint headache and bad cramps but not as fatigued. I had the California Roll. Never eating sushi again. Ever. ”

“The Washington Department of Health (DOH) announced the recall of approximately 57,891 pounds of live or un-eviscerated Dungeness crab by The Quinault Tribe due to possible domoic acid contamination. Domoic acid is a naturally occurring toxin produced by certain types of algae and can be harmful to... humans if contaminated shellfish is consumed. Domoic acid can cause amnesic shellfish poisoning (ASP) with symptoms including vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps within 24 hours of ingestion. In severe cases, ASP can cause permanent short-term memory loss.
All live or un-eviscerated Dungeness crab harvested from December 23, 2020, to December 28, 2020, from the Point Chehalis to Destruction Island GHPO056 zone by the Quinault Tribe are subject to recall.
The recalled live crab was sold to food processors in Washington state, with further distribution to wholesalers and retailers. This recall is being issued due to elevated domoic acid levels in crab viscera (internal organs or "butter") tested during enhanced biotoxin monitoring. Dungeness crab meat samples have not exceeded the FDA regulatory action level at this time. Eviscerated product is not subject to recall and crab meat may be sold and consumed.
The DOH advises customers who purchased live or whole crab harvested by the Quinault Tribe to destroy or eviscerate all products. Consumers with questions should contact the place of purchase.

“Went there on Sunday around 5:30 pm. Ordered the 30 piece with fries and 20oz drink & veggie sticks. Got my food about 6pm. I wanna say within 45 minutes after eating my stomach started hurting. Once I was in the restroom I was having the worst cramps. Kept running in and out of restroom the rest of... the night. Family did not finish the 30 piece. Haven’t had the chance to call restaurant and put in a complaint. Employees customer service was great but cooking needs to be checked up on.
Definitely believe my chicken was undercooked. I felt like they should have been a lot more crispy but I figured because they where closed and packaged they became soggy. I haven't called the restaurant but I will be making a call tomorrow morning. I have more than half of the wings in my car still. ”
