I ordered the new Grilled Cheese pesto tomato sandwich around 10am on 4/29 and I started feeling nauseous and having diarrhea around night time, around 3am I began vomiting - I saw chunks of the tomatoes in it. I’m still nauseous and throwing up the next day, now my vomit is green from the pesto. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Wow I am on here just recuperating from what I believe was food poisoning. I don't know if it was from a coffee roll I had that morning with a black coffee or something the night before but about 6 hours after the coffee roll and hot black coffee (nothing else the rest of the day) severe vomiting , massive headache and 102 fever. Went away in about 24hrs but still lingering mildly upset stomach. . I'll probably never know .
