Inspectors found several violations during the inspection. Significant food safety violations included pest activity, with about 40 small flies observed around the donut display case, near the handwashing sink, and flying in the facility. Inspectors also found that previously cited violations had not been corrected, including a gap under the rear door that was not pest-proof, food handlers not wearing hair restraints, and dirty light shields and vents in the rear prep area. Citations were issued for these items.

Additional findings included hard water stains inside the ice machine near the ice chute and evidence of smoking inside the facility, with cigarette ashes found in the handwashing sink in the employee restroom. A citation was also issued for the indoor air ordinance violation.
