I felt sick within half hour of having my lunch in the hotel reasturant on the Monday 10th june 2019. I had couple boiled eggs on bread with butter an some salad stuff with glass of water. I then was unwell all evening constantly vomiting to start with feeling nauseous the whole time i had a fever an did not sleep all night.the cramps an diarrhoea started later in the night an have continued for 4 days so far, i felt unwell all the folliwing day an have stayed in my room throughout my 7 night stay at this hotel i go home saturday so not had a good stay at all. I reported it to hotel reception where i was told that no one else had reported being unwell from food and that they said would be more reports if the food was tge problem. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

2 nights ago I’ve been given raw chicken skewers woke up with a diarrhoea with an upset stomach, day after waking up to diarrhoea I’ve developed a fever feel freezing but my head is boiling, wearing layers of clothing, haven’t been able to eat full meals like I usually would the last two days I asked to speak to the boss waiter and he refused to come with no other customers in sight and sent a non English speaking waiter which I found appaulling… currently in Benidorm stuck in bed all day concerned on what I should do next as I’m starting to feel worse as the day goes by… absolutely ruined my holiday this have. Not sure from what restaurants but I was at Deluxe on Lansdowne, Friday supper time, had a cheeseburger. Pretty sure it was the burger. The products, which contain soy, sulphites, peanuts, or tree nuts, were sold without proper allergen labeling. The issue was discovered during … See More
routine inspections by MAPAQ. The products were sold at Nordest Butchery, its boutique at the Jean-Talon market located at 7070 Henri Julien Avenue, Montreal, QC, Canada, and potentially through the Lufa Farms website. No allergic reactions have been reported to date.

The recalled products include "Honey and Garlic Chicken Wings" (containing soy), "Korean Style Marinade Beef Strips" and "Korean Style Marinade Chicken Strips" (containing sulphites), and "Meatloaf" (potentially containing soy, peanuts, and tree nuts). These items were sold in unitary format, and all batches lacking allergen information are subject to recall. The products were vacuum-packed in transparent plastic pouches and sold frozen.

Do not consume recalled products that you are allergic or sensitive to, as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction; and do not serve, use, sell or distribute recalled products. We recommend returning it to the store where it was purchased.

In case you experience harm from allergens or undeclared ingredients, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
