My friend had the fish tacos. He has vomited three times throughout the night and has LBM. The dinner from this restaurant was the only intake he had. He doesn’t have a fever. I had the steak burrito and I didn’t have any issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
