I DoorDashed the carne asada quesadilla and churros. After about 4 hour my stomach started to hurt. Then I had diarrhea about every 15 minutes plus vomiting until I went to bed. This continued through the night with less frequency. The vomiting had stopped by about 10 and diarrhea throughout the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
