Additional information: I vomited only on the same evening, no diarrhea on the moment... But now I am nauseated easily, and my stomach cramps regularly (mild). Had to take erceflora for at least 4 days before feeling like myself 80% again... Still, that 20% persists weeks after. Boat tour, cramps in the evening, nausea and vomiting that night, took erceflora and felt better though cramps and nausea persisted after couple of hours from erceflora intake. Still have slight cramps and disturbed faces odour and colour after my return 2 weeks ago.. Boat tour (Island hopping) lunch included | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
