Ate a sushi roll at 6:30 Saturday night and my fiancé had the ahi tuna tacos. Within 2 hours we both experienced nausea, then came diarrhea, vomiting, and fevers. It has been almost 48 hours and we are still struggling to get water down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
