Barbuda, Antigua and Barbuda

Took tour with Hillside Tours and had fresh lobster for lunch with white rice. Started feeling sick approximately 3 hours later with extreme stomach pain and burning. Tried taking Tums but would only help for 30 minutes and pain started back with a vengeance. No vomiting or diarrhea. Worst pain I've ever felt. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Other
