After about 6 hours I started getting really bad stomach cramping the last 2.5 days. I was unable to eat solid food until 2.5 days later. Had extreme fatigue and headaches.
From the salad bar: cauliflower spinach kale onion, Asiago dressing
Soup: creamy chicken
Other: sliced grilled chicken breast. Juice looked a little pinkish- when I noticed I pitched it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue
