Lettuce Link Suspected Illness - GIANT Food Stores, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania

My husband picked up a Quick salad at Giant, Saturday evening 8/25/17, about 5:00 pm. As I normally eat a huge salad, I didn't finish mine. I often take it out of the fridge the next day and add to it, fresh greens, herbs from the garden, nuts and dried fruit. My husband also bought green leaf lettuce, which I did not wash thoroughly last night- being 8/27/17 7:30pm. If Giant uses that green leaf lettuce in their salad bar, perhaps there is a link to the Shipment if green lettuce at the Giant on Carlisle Pike. Because I awoke this morning with indigestion- tasting like hardboiled eggs- have not eaten any, and gas, bloating, diarrhea. My immune system is compromised due to being on antibiotics in July. So I may be suseptible to any bacteria, however, buyer beware. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Bloating, Migraine, Indigestion
