Friday take out. Tofu with black mushroom and rice. Sudden onset stomach pain and bloating began close to 3 hrs after eating. Over the next 7 hours I had gas pain, cramps and finally started eliminating. Next day upper stomach tender and still bloated but not as bad as yesterday.
