during the day i bought a steak bake from here. it was still hot as it had recently come out of the oven. i thought nothing of it until i’ve been woken up to my stomach rumbling at 4:40am. i then have diarrhoea and start vomiting. i knew it must be the stake bake as no one else in my household was feeling ill from dinner. and i was the only one that had a steak bake. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
