Undercooked Pancakes Cause Illness - Gus's Keystone Family Restaurant, Ephrata Pennsylvania

5 years ago reported by user-wmhfk165 business

Gus's Keystone Family Restaurant, Rothsville Road, Ephrata, PA, USA

3687 Rothsville Road, Ephrata, 17522 Pennsylvania, United States

I ate on Friday March 15th around 7pm. I ordered 2 pancakes, sausages, bacon, orange juice, eggs, toast, and hash browns. My table and I all agreed that the pancakes looked undercooked, but I ate one. Around noon the next day at work, I had bad abdominal cramps. When I got home that day I felt so nauseous and had diarrhea and was vomiting. All throughout the night all I did was puke, or use the bathroom. Saturday and Sunday all I did was use the bathroom, throw up, sleep, repeat. It is now Tuesday, and I still have minor diarrhea. I could finally eat Monday late morning. I’m never eating there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
