Not sure My friend was traveling alone. His sister was told that he was eating here when he became very ill( vomit diarrhea) staff called ambulance and he died on way to hospital. He was in his early 50’s worked out daily ate very healthy and did not drink or smoke. He had a complete physical about a month before and was told he was healthier than some 30 year olds by his dr. We are still waiting for his body to be released to be sent back to the US. My friend died last week in Dominican Republic. He was dining at the here when he became very ill and died in the ambulance , | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
