I have no idea, but after I got off the plane at the resort, I drank warm Koolaide. That was it. Possibly, after eating Lobster at dinner, as well., It only happened to myself and the next morning of arrival, about 3am, I woke up with a massive brain bleed, vomiting and hallucinating. Horrid!A Neurosurgeon just happened to be staying at the same resort and he saved my life. He shaved my head and put a shunt into my skull. The resort paid (of course) for me, my son and my mother to fly back to the States to go to a hospital here.
I was in a medically induced coma for 3 months. If it wasn't for the Dr. being on vacation there, I would have died. Absolutely. It was HORRID.
I had the same symptoms as others whom have since passed away there, horrible hallucinations and rehabilitation was NOT a picnic. My son who was 7 yrs old at the time, thought I was dying. I would have died. I was told by my Dr. that I coded twice on the Medivac plane on the home from the D.R.
You can not pay me to ever return.
Anyhow, I hope some agency will find out what the heck is going on over there. I know the FBI & EPA (if we still actually have an EPA anymore) and the DEA went to the very resort I went to with my son and mother.
It is a beautiful resort/country.
