My brother died from food poisoning on Jan 22 2019 in Montreal, Canada. 4 days earlier, on Friday Jan 18, he had flown from Munich to Montreal on Lufhtansa flight LH474. If anyone else took this flight and was also sick, or if they got campylobacter from eating something in a restaurant in Munich from Jan 16-17, I would like to hear from them

My family and I ate at this Applebee's around 530 pm on Monday 02/18/19. We all had the boneless Asian chili and the buffalo and the spinach chip and dip appetizers. As for the entree, one of my daughters had the ravioli meal - diarrhea, my other daughter had the grilled chicken and shrimp on the hot plate-vomiting, and diarrhea, my husband had the riblet platter-diarrhea, I had the brisket tacos (but only took one small bite bc I was full from the soda and fries and I ate my husband's coleslaw). My boyfriend and I ate pot pies that seemed like they hadn’t been cooked. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and are both sick.

My daughter and I both had a mc chicken sandwich on feb 18 2019 around 630. My daughter has been up vomiting all night and I'm nauseated with diarrhea.

Me and my girlfriend got double cheeseburgers from this McDonald’s, I got 3 and they were cold but I was driving home so ate one anyway as I was hungry and so did my girlfriend! Inside about 2 hours she was complaining about feeling sicks and then started to threw up! I’m now feeling awful after sleeping and still have a burger here that I’m going to get sent away and test!

my girlfriend and I picked up at hot and ready pizza at 9:30 and ate it on Feb,16.2019 I got sick with all the symptoms above and then my girl friend was sick the following day. Please do something about this so no one goes through this

I visited la Esquina on Saturday night around 7:30 pm and order from their to go. I notice the to go counter was not cleaned up and the sausages were a bit messy but I figured is “the to go” and we were on a bit of a rush so I didn’t mind it. However 12 hrs later around 8am I woke up in excrutianing abdominal pain with nausea and diarrhea and had to be in bed the whole day. My partner that are with me that night got it right after!!!!!!!
