BBQ Grill Food Safety Concerns - Hotel, Costa Adeje Canarias

Three of our party are poorly... Severe vomiting and diarrhoea. The restaurant food is luke warm at best and left out under a hotplate for > 1hour. Pepes snack bar I think was the culprit. Cold burgers left open to flies and the elements. There were tiny ants crawling over some food in the BBQ Grill. I should have taken photos | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
