My husband and I only ate at the resort and their 2 parks. Did not use any tap water other than shower. Day before symptoms- room service, cayuco, and Arenal for dinner. We both woke up through the night with severe diarrhea and nausea. This was the morning we were leaving and had to push back our flight to the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
