Around 2:50pm I got a sandwich today the ménage Trois and 20mins after eating it I got a stomach ache. I didn't think much of it until the stomach ache wouldn't go away and followed with diarrhea for hours. It's now 8pm I'm in excruciating pain and still using the bathroom nauseous can't move much feeling horrible. I didn't eat anything all day so I know for a fact it was the sandwich. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
