Had the eggs Benedict, a ham and cheese croissant and almond cake. About 6 hours later I was extremely tired and felt so nauseated, I couldn’t move my head or look at my phone without wanting to vomit. Finally did vomit and felt a bit better. I had body aches all night and it was difficult to drink water since my stomach didn’t want anything. I still have stomach cramps the next day and moving around is challenging. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
