I was at the in and out in Ontario off of Ontario mills parkway in Ontario ca. I ordered a hamburger with dressing, grilled onions and pickles with a soda and animal style fries with spread and grilled onions.
After I finished my food I started not to feel good. Started with nauseous, then it started with the vomiting and then the diarrhea. Is the evening went on I started to feel worse and I had to miss work. I'm not feeling 100 right now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
