Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, other: Loss of consciousness
Suspected source: Water
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: 11 people out of 12 were poisoned, including vomiting. The owner doesn’t want to adjust food safety and claims we brought rotavirus from Manaus.
Most of guests got same symptoms with varied intensity. We suspect water that was given to guests disposition for free.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Vomiting
