My husband got sick today. We ate at a small restaurant in el centro de San Miguel de Allende. He is vomiting and having stomach pains and diarrhea. He had ravioli.  I also ate there, but only some bread and tomato My husband ordered the ravioli and was fine until about 5 hours later, when he had nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and lethargy | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
