Symptoms: Nausea Diarrhea Vomiting Cramps

I didn't eat anything at all that day until about 330 or so when I stopped for burger. I was sick for 9 days unable to eat anything but survived on grape juice, water, apple juice, and finally rice on the 9th day. I was off work, was in extreme pain as my belly hardened and had severe cramps so bad that I could barely walk. I lost time from work and kept calling in to tell them what shape I was in. I called them at the time and they offered no compensation whatsoever. They basically blew me off. I could have died, I'm sure of it. I didn't go to the doctor because I knew they couldn't really do much for it but my employer at the time would have a record of the time I was not at work during that year. It happened on 11/28/2017

Woke up around 2am, I was shaking, vomiting, sweating and had diarea, my entire body hurt. My brother and I had the rapid covid test on 3/11/2021 in order to fly and both negative.
I texted my brother if he felt sick. He texted back all the same symptoms and his hit at 1:30 am. I called the local hospital to talk to a nurse. She suggested if I didn't feel better the next day to come in for texting. It's now 3/14/2021. I finally stop vomiting and diarea, my shaking is gone, body still hurts a little and headache is gone. Now I know covid is out of the question. Food poisoning from there.

“I had a triple shot venti Mocha, hot with whipped cream on Thursday morning 4/1/21 around 7am. I had not eaten anything prior to going there and I didn't eat anything with my drink. My last meal was dinner on Wednesday. I felt fine in the morning and went through my normal routine. About an hour aft... See Moreer I finished the Mocha (around 8:30-9:00 am) I felt really full and bloated. About hour after that, I felt jabbing stomach pain. This continued for hours and worsened throughout the day. I had no appetite and did not eat anything all day. I began vomiting profusely that afternoon. I sipped ginger ale but continued bouts of vomiting and severe, painful dry heaving. I had severe body aches from head to toe and the dry heaving made it so much worse. I went to bed in pain at around 10pm and woke up a few hours later with a fever 100.8. On Friday morning the fever was 101.3, but quickly resolved after sipping gatorade and ginger ale. I ate dry toast around 11 am yesterday (Friday). The jabbing pain was gone, and I still had slight nausea. By around 5:30 yesterday afternoon, I finally felt hungry. I ate two eggs without a problem, but the body aches persisted. I am still slightly sore today, but my abdomen feels like I barely survived a boxing match. I believe this was not related to any other issue - I felt perfectly normal before the onset and have been isolated since January 2020. I had only just began leaving my house very recently and had been there drive thru several other times during the week.

Update: For clarity, I had a Venti Mocha, triple shot with whipped cream. There is a second item label on the cup for a short drink, add whip – it is a cup of whipped cream for my dog (He did not get sick). See Less”

I looked up the brand and they keep the chickens in a warehouse and had bad reviews. I wanted to support local farms but definitely not this kind. I think the eggs had salmonella growing in them.. realllly bad ... I love eggs 😭 I can take photos of the eggs if requested and required, half of then are still in the fridge. I got them yesterday.
