Food poisoning from Jersey Mike's. I added pickles to my half of a sandwich I split with my husband. I'm in emergency room recovering, he is fine. I blame the pickles. Italian sub on white mikes way. Ate Today at 2pm. Symptoms started at 5. Diarrhea, blood in stool, vomit, severe cramps, headache. Got to hospital via ambulance at midnight, still here almost 4am. Waiting for stool sample results. Nothing tastes funny or off. I had points so the sandwich was ironically free. There would be a record because I entered my phone number. I also called the store and left a message telling them to throw away the pickles. Didn't notice anything unusual and never had this before in my life. 20 minutes to get GI resultsI noticed the sandwich maker cleaned the meat slicer with a rag after he cut the meat. As he made the sandwich lettuce fell onto the cutting board and he wiped it into a pile and put it back in the lettuce tray with same rag from meat slicer. He was trying to be real clean as he went. Took his time making sure clean before sandwich was finished and wrapped | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Headache
