I ordered the same sub I always do. Original Italian with lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, mayo, salt and oregano on rosemary bread. 12-16 hours later, sicker than ever and can’t even keep a sip of water down. This has never happened from this location in the past. I work from home and don’t suspect this came from anywhere else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
