Severe Pizza Poisoning Symptoms - Jet's Pizza, Greer South Carolina

Ordered and all meaty pizza, a veggie pizza, and jets bread on 05/26 around 8 pm. I had one slice of the meaty and my boyfriend had three slices of the meaty. We both ate the jets bread. Symptoms appeared the Monday morning of 05/27 at 9 am. Included severe abdominal cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and a fever of 104. The high fever induced hallucinations. The symptoms continued through Tuesday (05/28) and did not improve until Tuesday night (05/28). Symptoms did not totally go away until Thursday (05/30). The stomach cramps were severe and constant and the nausea prevented me and my boyfriend from holding down any liquids for ~24 hours. I have never been this sick in my life. If this happened to a sick, old, or young individual it could easily hospitalize or kill them. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
